PDU: Power Distribution Unit (PDU). Usually installed independently on the vehicle or integrated with other components, PDUs electrically connect high-voltage components through busbars and wiring harnesses, providing charging and discharging control, high-voltage component power-on control, circuit overload and short circuit protection, high-voltage sampling, low-voltage control and other functions for the high-voltage system of new energy vehicles to protect and monitor the operation of the high-voltage system.
